Nikujaga, meaning meat-potato, is a japanese popular dish (especially at home) of meat, potatoes and onion etc stewed in sweetened soy sauce. It’s easy to cook and just found recipe here. I didn’t follow the recipe as I always cook with whatever I have, but found this youtube recipe kind of funny..!
