Pancakes are my favorite breakfast and I order them almost every time we go to Sunday brunch. *I think I wrote the exact same thing last time I posted the pancake recipe, which I just realized, didn’t transfer from my ex-blogger platform. Where did it go..? Anyway, the original recipe contains eggs and margarine, but I substituted a healthier version using Coconut oil. They turned out so delicious and wish I can eat them again right now. Right Now!
少し前に載せたパンケーキのレシピがこの新しいブログに転送されてなかった。。他にもトランスファーされてない記事があるのかも。もう残ってないし仕方ないので別のパンケーキを載せたいと思います。今回は食べきれずに冷蔵庫で待機していた ブルーベリーの残りで作ってみました。元々のレシピは卵とマーガリンを使ってたけど、ココナッツオイルで代用した所美味しくできた!今度からブルーベリーパンケーキはこれに決まりなので記録も兼ねて載せたいと思います。
Ingredients : 1 cup white flour, 2 1/4 teaspoons baking powder, 1/4 salt, 2 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil, 3/4 cup+ 2 tablespoons water , 1/2 cup blueberries
1. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together into medium mixing bowl. Then mix blueberries.
2. Add water and coconut oil to dry ingredients and stir until it is thoroughly moistened.
3. Cook the pancakes over medium heat on the stove-top.
材料:薄力粉 1カップ、ベーキングパウダー 小さじ 2 1/4、塩 小さじ 1/4、ココナッツオイル 大さじ 2 1/2、3/4 カップ + 大さじ 2 お水、1/2 カップ ブルーベリー(ブルーベリーはある量で適当に。。)
1. 薄力粉、ベーキングパウダー、お塩をボールに振い入れ、その後ブルーベリーを加えて混ぜる
2. 上記ボールに水とココナッツオイルを入れ、混ぜ合わせる。
3. フライパンで焼く
