I always love photos on canvas and have wanted to make this diy ever since I found out I could make it by myself. The imperfect result is what I love the most about this diy -looks kind of vintage! These are my second try because the first one came out pretty bad (see the last photo). The reason why it happened was that I didn’t put enough gel medium. So make sure to put enough layers and use laser print on a regular paper (not a photo paper). Hope you like them too as I truly love them..! *I used 8×10 size canvas and remember the image will print reversed.
昔からキャンバスプリントの写真が好きで自分で作れると知ってからずっとトライしたいと思ってたdiyを週末やっと仕上げました。キャンバスは前に買ってたけど使った事ないジェルミディアムや何となく難しそうとそのままにしてあったけどやってみたら思ったより簡単☆ といっても最初の２枚はジェルの塗りが薄すぎて失敗したけど（下記参照）、、もう1度新しいキャンバスでトライしたらうまくいきました。写真が所々剥がれてビンテージっぽくなるのが私の中でつぼです。8×10″のキャンバスを使い、レーザープリントで普通紙に写真をプリントしてます（フォトペーパーではX）。又写真は逆向きになります。
