#547 sandy beach, #769 bobbing for baubles, #10 blanc
These are three new polishes by Essie I bought the other day and I think I found my new favorite nude color. It’s been years since I’ve had long nails (I was in the short nails x dark polish phase), and am thinking to try french nail soon (it’s been literally years and years!). As my nails are naturally strong and grow very fast, it’s easier for me to keep them longer like this. What is your favorite nail polish?

最近購入したEssieポリッシュ３つ。ヌードカラーは微妙な色違いが大量にある中いい感じの色を見つけるのが中々難しいけど、これはちょうどいい色合いでお勧めです☆ ここ何年もずっと短く切ってたけど久しぶりに少し長くしてみました。元々爪自体が強く伸びるのもかなり早いので伸ばしてる方が楽なのを思い出した所。ネイルアートはほとんどやらないのでいつもほぼ単色塗りだけどそれこそ何年ぶりかにフレンチもやってみようかな☆

I’ve been wearing dark nail polish colors during winter, but it’s time to change especially because of the nice warm weather we’ve been having (like over 80f!). I just realized that I have more Essie polish in lighter color and Opi in darker color (here). As you can see some of them are heavily used, I’d love to add some pretty shades soon.

冬はダークな色が多いけど、最近暖かくなってきたので（と言うか少し異常気象）明るい色が付けたくなってきました。秋頃載せたダークなカラーはOPIばかりなのは気づいてたけど明るい色はEssieが多めみたい。見ての通りかなり使い込んでる色もあるし久しぶりにちょっと違った明るい色を買い足したい☆

I’ve heard about harmful chemicals in shampoos but never really cared much about it until recently when I start having allergic reaction on my skin (puffy eyes and itchy face). Obviously it wasn’t because of a shampoo I used, but after reading some articles, I felt like I want to try something new with no more bad stuff (especially you -Sodium Laureth Sulfate)! Since I had no idea what to get, I got the ones that sales lady at WholeFoods recommended to me. Let me know if you have any recommendations!

シャンプーに入ってる悪い成分については聞いた事あったけど（ラウリル硫酸 etc）今まで特に気にしてなかった私。だけどここ数ヶ月目が赤く腫れたり顔が痒くなったりの症状がでてて色々調べてた所シャンプーも変えてみようと決心。まぁシャンプーが直接の原因ではないので変えた所で特に何も変化は見られないけど、気持ち的にはいい感じ。よく分からないのでWholeFoodsの方が薦めてくれたのを買ってみました。

Last couple of weeks has been pretty chaotic with packing/unpacking and making lots of changes. Although we still have no office and no internet at our place, things are settling down little by little. I just finished sending a holiday card to my clients (omg..how late am I?) and just started Christmas shopping last weekend.. Anyway, here is my new fragrance. I tend to use the same one (Versace Crystal is my default), it’s always nice to have a new smell in my life.

引っ越しもだんだん落ち着いてきたけど、やはりネットは来週まで入らない事になりやらなきゃいけない事が中々進まず。折角ネット使える今もブログしてるのが原因か。。しかしいつの間にこんなにネットに頼る生活になったのかと再確認。写真は久しぶりに増えた香水。化粧品と同じく同じのばかり使いがちだけどたまには違う香りもいいね。ちなみにいつも使ってるのはVersace Bright Crystal です
